By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. You may not use the store for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product information and health notice

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and label information accurate. Packaging may change after the site is updated; the physical product label controls where it differs from an online image.

Selka Bovine Colostrum is a dietary supplement and contains milk (colostrum). Do not use it if you have a milk allergy. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, taking medication, or buying for someone under 18.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly shows another currency. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unsupported destinations, or legal and compliance reasons. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the amount paid.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

4. Shipping, delays, refunds, and returns

Fulfillment times, delivery estimates, address-change limits, and delay rights are described in our Shipping Policy. Our satisfaction guarantee, damaged-item process, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

5. Optional subscriptions

If subscriptions become available, the recurring price, discount duration, delivery and billing interval, shipping and tax treatment, next charge, and cancellation terms will be shown before payment details are submitted. Subscription is never implied by a one-time purchase. You must actively choose it, and an online method to skip, pause, or cancel will be provided.

6. Reviews and other submissions

Reviews must describe a real experience with the product or service. You may not submit fabricated, misleading, compensated-without-disclosure, unlawful, or rights-infringing content. We may moderate content for those reasons, but we will not suppress a review merely because it is negative. Any incentive for a review is for an honest review and is never conditioned on a positive rating.

If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the store and Selka marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Selka name, label artwork, site design, copy, photographs, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit them without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, use false payment information, or use the store to violate any law or third-party right.

9. Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment partners, and optional apps provide parts of the service. Their availability and processing can affect the store. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or product where such exclusions are lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless the law requires it.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. A specific governing-law or venue clause should be added only after review for the markets in which Selka sells.
